    As a result of some changes eBay made recently, the data they are sending us in incomplete.  This is causing Outright to show the message you're currently seeing in the application.

    We are working side-by-side with eBay to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but it may take a day or two.

    Once the issue is resolved your data will automatically start flowing into Outright once again.  No data will be lost as a result of the delay, and everything is safe and secure.
