Shoeboxed recently made changes to their database resulting in the in the duplication of Shoeboxed transaction in your GoDaddy Online Bookkeeping account. See the example below.
The fix is quick and easy, simply follow these steps:
1. Delete your Shoeboxed account. Deleting an account will delete all transactions associated with it. With regards to historical data, Shoeboxed is one of the few accounts which will import all of your historical data.
2. Re-add Shoeboxed
