Mobile App: Non-Business Transactions Not Showing Up

Mobile Apps users are able to add a Non-Business transaction, but then it appears to disappear from the Mobile App. Please accept our apologies any confusion. Since Outright is a Business Bookkeeping solution, at this time you can only view your business transactions on the mobile app.

As always, no need to worry - your current data is not lost. In order to view your non-business transactions, go ahead and log in to your account on your computer and you will be able to find all of your Non-business transactions on your non-business income and non-business expense pages.



As always, we suggest that all users update their version of our mobile app to the most recent version so that you can take advantage of all of our new and exciting features. So keep an eye on our announcements page for future mobile updates.

And, thanks to all the vocal Android users, we know you'd like an app too. We plan to have an Android app in the future, but unfortunately we do not currently have an ETA. If you'd like to tell us how you'd use the app, please take our survey.
