We are aware of an issue where the Income and/or Expenses pages may not be functioning properly in your Outright account. This issue has been found to manifest in one of two ways:
1. The Income and/or Expenses tab, when selected, returns a mostly blank page with no transaction data and no definable fields
2. The Income and/or the Expenses tab, when selected, returns a page that is stuck loading
While our engineers investigate and work to resolve this issue, there is a workaround. Please copy and paste this link into your web browser:
This will enable you to view your transaction history up to and including September 4, 2012. Please do not try to define a date range that includes September 5 or 6 as this will result in the malfunction described above.
