accounts not importing 8/17/12

UPDATE: 8/17/12  We have resolved this issue and your accounts should update correctly.  Thank you for your patience. 


Hi all,

 We are having difficulties with accounts updating this morning.  If you try updating, or adding an account, your account will appear to update endlessly. 


New user accounts will show up, but will not pull in a balance, while existing users will see the updating arrows without any changes to their balance.  


 We will continue to update this article throughout the day as more information becomes available.  Once our engineering team has corrected the issue we will run all importers and update your accounts.
