We discovered an issue with the importing of FreshBooks data late Tuesday night that may have affected some users' Outright accounts. No other importer's transactions were impacted.
To fix the issue we have removed all FreshBooks transactions that were imported between 6/10/13 at 1:30pm PT and 6/11/13 at 10pm PT. Our next step will be to reimport these transactions.
At this time there is no action required on your part. However, until the issue is completely resolved, FreshBooks imports have been temporarily turned off. That means you will not receive any updated FreshBooks data in your Outright account.
If you made any edits to FreshBooks transaction that came in between 6/10/13 at 1:30pm PT and 6/11/13 at 10pm PT you will need to re-do those when your data is reimported. We know this is a hassle and we apologize for that.
