We have heard from eBay that this appears to be be related to a bug that was introduced with an update they released last week. Ebay is working on a fix, and hoping to roll it out soon. We will update this message once we hear more.
In the meantime, the workaround appears to be logging out of eBay, and logging back in, as well as cleaning your history/cache. It's not a great workaround, but seems to resolve the issue. If you continue to have problems please let us know.

We have had a number of reports of eBay users having difficulties logging into their accounts. We are working with eBay to resolve this issue. We apologize for the hassle this is causing. Some users have successfully accessed their account by clicking on the link in our weekly summary email, while others have reported that simply returning to their account later allows access. If you are experiencing this issue, please let us know, and submit as much detail as you can, such as the steps you take to access your account, which browser you are using, etc. You can now include a "Screencast" of your steps!! This would be extremely beneficial and we would appreciate if you could include a Screencast with your ticket. To take a screen cast click on the "screencast" option when submitting your ticket(the red circle in the image below).
