Shoeboxed Not Connecting: Resolved 5-21-13

We are currently experiencing some problems with Shoeboxed.  They appear to have made some changes which results in the following symptoms.


  • Existing accounts are going into error and cannot update
  • New accounts cannot be added

We have contacted Shoeboxed and are working with them to correct this.  We will continue to update this article as we have more information.
