PNC Bank - error message, 4/16/2012

Update 5/8/2012

The security question fields from PNC Bank have been updated - you should now see verification questions presented once you click the "fix it" button.

We believe this issue is closed at this point but will reopen it if that proves not to be the case.



UPDATE 5/1/2012 

Security questions have been added for the following below mentioned sites.
Once users update the account and provide answers to those questions, the account will
start refreshing properly
Affected Sites:
1. PNC Bank, 2. PNC Bank - Loan, 3. PNC Bank - Investments, 4. PNC Bank
- BillPay




Our banking partner Yodlee has notified us that they are continuing to work with PNC bank in order to resolve the connection issues that PNC customers are experiencing. We do not have an ETA yet but we will keep you posted. In the meantime, your PNC account in Outright will continue to show an error message.   Our apologies for the trouble.

    As of 4/27 we still don't have an ETA from Yodlee on when the situation with PNC Bank will be corrected.

    We've stopped trying to import data from this account until it's been resolved - this will ensure your bank account is not "locked" due to repeated failed attempts to access the data.
