How do I change my password or email address?

If you've forgotten your password or never had one created:

If you use a GoDaddy account to access Online Bookkeeping and are having login trouble, head over to the Account Assistance page on the Go Daddy website.


If you'd like to change your email address or password (and access GoDaddy Bookkeeping via

Login to your GoDaddy Bookkeeping account, select MANAGE and then the Profile Settings tab. Under the Email and Password section change the information associated with your account and then click Save.

Please note that while your new password will work immediately, it can take up to 24 hours for the application to recognize your new email address.
