At this time, we do not provide complete payroll services. Though GoDaddy Bookkeeping would love to do everything, right now, we're focused on product based businesses, most of which do not have permanent employees. We are constantly expanding our features, so although we don't have it right now, we will look into the possibility in the future.
If you already have payroll services, you can record your payroll costs inside of GoDaddy Bookkeeping for tax purposes. To do so, you can create a category, and use the tax line "Wages." For more information on creating a category you can find it here: How Can I add my own Categories
