(RESOLVED) Site Time-Outs/Slowness

We are currently aware of an issue that is causing general slowness, time-outs, login issues, and unresponsive pages/importers. Our engineers are working to resolve this issue, however, we currently do not have an ETA. 

We do apologize. We will update this article with more info as soon as we have it.

    Hey All,

    We are still working diligently to resolve these issues. It appears at the core of the issue is specifically with the Web Pages. Temporary work around would be to refresh the page inside your browser. You may need to refresh multiple times.

    This issue should be largely handled for the time being. There may still be an occasional time-out/slowness which can be rectified with a page refresh. We are still working to ensure this is 100% solved however the majority should not notice any issues.
