RESOLVED: Firefox Users Unable to Save Transactions

What we've found is that users who are using Firefox are having problems saving their transactions. Good news is that we have found an easy fix!

Symptoms

  • Save button stays greyed out and will not allow users to save the edit of that transaction.

Resolution

  • Problem is resolved by user clearing Firefox cache and cookies.
