When Clicking the "Fix it" button on an Account the Account will show a blank box

From Time to time, some accounts go into a state where we ask you to "fix it." This can happen when a bank changes the security protocols or other login information. Usually, this is an easy fix to update by clicking on the "fix it" button and a place to log back in with your username and password should appear. 

At this time, we are experiencing some problems with this form and a blank box is showing. We are aware of this problem and working to fix it as soon as possible.
