Billing: Credit Cards not being accepted for some Accounts

 

Comments: Resolved 9/30/2011 Billing is now accessible to all. 

 

We've identified an issue recently related to entering/updating billing information.  The symptom is an error message after entering your credit card information. The message is as follows:
