Why does my account have missing / incomplete data?

Your bank only gave us 30-90 days of historical data from your account. (this issue applies to most banks) Upload missing data via QFX or CSV Let GoDaddy Bookkeeping build up your data over time. Do NOT delete an account that has lost of historical data.
You haven't logged in to GoDaddy Bookkeeping in the last 60 days Upload missing data via QFX or CSV Make sure to log in to GoDaddy Bookkeeping at least once every 60 days
Upgrading from having only eBay to having both eBay and PayPal a) Upload missing data via CSV or QFX
b) Create a new account on our website with a new email address
